WITH BLUE GRAPES & GINGER
Wow, what an immun booster!
In order to really don’t get sick this autumn I already showed you my Superfood kale soup last week, and this week I have another vitamin bomb for you: beetroot juice with ginger, carrots, apple and because it’s the time now: blue grapes <3
Why this is an immune booster?
First of all we use all the ingredients raw and with skin. That’s super important in order to get all the important nutrients. And moreover beetroot is a real superfood: packed with vitamin A, C, and especially B, packed with important minerals such as iodine, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, phosphor and most important: iron! Besides that it’s said that beetroot should prevent cancer because of it’s betain. Anthocyane appeals cancer preventing and Nitrat lowers hypertension.
But we don’t only use beetroot! We also have some ginger, which acts antibacterial and detoxifying, carrots, grapes and an apple!
So – I think we all can have one this autumn can’t we? ;)
That’s what you’ll need:
- 2 beetroot tubers
- 1 apple
- 1 handfull carrots
- 1 handfull blue grapes
- 1 small tuber ginger (you can also take a big one – depends on your taste)
So, and now you need you need a juicer!
I really recommend this one! If you don’t have a juicer, you can also make a smoothie. Therefore I’d suggest taking of the skin of the veggies and maybe you also have to cook them first – depends on your blender.
And that’s how it’s done:
Just cut everything in suitable stripes and put it into your juicer.
Tipp: the grapes will go crazy, so make sure to be careful with them! ;)

And I really have to say: it tastes AWESOME!
I don’t know why I haven’t tried beetroot juice before?! It’s really delicious – believe me!
